International Clients

I work with a number of clients who are living outside the UK and offer therapy and coaching sessions online via secure video platforms.
Working together online can provide a flexible and accessible way to receive professional support, particularly for individuals living internationally, relocating, or working in global roles.
Many of my international clients are professionals who value a confidential and reflective space to explore challenges relating to wellbeing, life transitions, or work-related pressures. I frequently work with professionals and leaders whose work involves international travel, relocation, or global responsibilities.
Online Sessions
Sessions are delivered via secure video call and follow the same structure and standards as in-person work. Online therapy and coaching can be an effective and convenient way to access support, particularly when local services are limited or when privacy and flexibility are important.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and can be arranged at times that work across different time zones where possible.
Before beginning work together, we would normally arrange an initial conversation to discuss your needs and whether the approach I offer is likely to be helpful.
Areas I can Support With
International clients often reach out because they value accessing therapy from a UK-trained and fully accredited therapist, ensuring they receive high quality, safe and effective support.
International clients seek support for a wide range of reasons. These may include:
- Anxiety and stress
- Work-related pressures or burnout
- Life transitions or relocation
- Leadership or professional challenges
- Trauma or distressing experiences
- Feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about the future
If you are unsure whether the support I offer would be suitable for your situation, you are welcome to contact me to discuss your circumstances.
Important Considerations
When working internationally, there are some practical considerations, including time zone differences and professional regulatory requirements.
Because professional regulations for therapy and coaching vary internationally, it is important to consider local licensing requirements when working across borders.
As a UK-based therapist accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), I am able to work online with many clients who are living outside the UK. However, some countries have specific regulations that require therapists to hold local licences in order to provide psychological therapy.
I am able to work with many international clients based in regions such as:
- The United Arab Emirates (including Dubai and Abu Dhabi)
- Europe and the UK expatriate community
- Singapore
Many of my international clients are professionals who are living or working abroad and are seeking confidential, evidence-based support delivered online.
Before beginning work together, we can discuss whether therapy or coaching from the UK would be appropriate in your circumstances and geographical location, and ensure that any relevant professional guidelines are followed.
Fees
The standard fee for international sessions is £185 USD per session. For clients who wish to book a number of sessions in advance, packages are available at a reduced rate as outlined below.
