I’m Beth Fisher, an accredited psychological therapist, leadership coach, and clinical supervisor with over 20 years’ experience working across mental health, healthcare, and professional leadership settings.
My career began in mental health nursing before I specialised in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Over time, my work has expanded to include EMDR therapy, professional coaching, and clinical supervision. I now work with individuals seeking support with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and professional challenges.
Alongside my clinical work, I have held leadership roles across public sector and charitable services. This includes leading service development and organisational change, and managing workforce wellbeing and Talking Therapies services. This experience gives me a unique perspective on the pressures people face both personally and professionally.

I have worked across NHS services, public sector organisations, and the charitable sector in a range of clinical and leadership roles. My experience spans frontline therapeutic work, service leadership, and organisational development.
This combination of clinical expertise and leadership experience informs the way I work with both therapy clients and professionals. I understand how personal wellbeing, work pressures, and leadership responsibilities can intersect, and I aim to provide a thoughtful and supportive space to reflect and move forward.

I hold appropriate professional insurance, maintain a current DBS check, and work in line with GDPR and professional confidentiality standards.
